how do you attack or gain resouces.

Hi I`m RB23 I was wondering how to attack and is it aloud in the alliance. I am trying to build up my planet but I need more resources. I am small right and I only have 6 fighters and 5 cargo ships and I don`t have much to trade any ideas.

You need to build some espionage sattelites so that you can spy on other players.
Look at some of the players with an (i) or (I) after there name.
That means they have left.

Many times you can find resources that are not guarded on abandoned planets.
